Do you travel to the Tri-Cities, Ellensburg, and Central Washington?

Yes — we serve Yakima, Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, Ellensburg, Wenatchee, and every community in between. Travel fees may apply for events more than 30 miles from our Yakima headquarters. Ask us during your quote and we’ll include exact pricing.

What’s included in a photo booth rental?

Every Bright Booths rental includes a professional attendant, setup and teardown, a premium prop selection, a backdrop, and digital sharing. Most packages include unlimited prints and a custom overlay with your event details. Larger packages add extras like LED lighting, custom branding, and online galleries.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks out for most events and 2–4 months out for weddings and peak season dates (May–October). Popular Saturdays fill up fast, so earlier is always better. If you have a last-minute event, contact us anyway — we may be able to accommodate rush bookings.

Do you offer bilingual service?

Yes. Every Bright Booths event includes a fully bilingual (English and Spanish) attendant. This is a core part of our brand — not an add-on or upgrade. Your guests will be welcomed and supported in both languages throughout the event.

What’s the difference between a standard photo booth and a 360 booth?

Accepted Answer

A standard photo booth captures still photos, GIFs, and boomerangs with instant prints and digital sharing. A 360 video booth is a spinning camera platform that captures slow-motion cinematic videos from every angle — these are massive social media hits and the go-to for quinceañeras, corporate activations, and modern weddings.

Do your photo booths work outdoors?

Yes, with shade and power access. For outdoor events we need a flat, covered area (tent or canopy is fine) plus a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. We can’t operate in direct sunlight, heavy rain, or extreme heat, so we’ll discuss venue logistics during your quote.

How much space do I need for a photo booth?

Accepted Answer

A standard booth needs roughly 10x10 feet including the backdrop and prop table. A 360 booth needs about 8x8 feet of clear floor space around the platform. We’ll confirm exact dimensions during booking so you can plan your venue layout.

Do you provide props and backdrops?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every package includes a curated prop selection and at least one backdrop. Premium packages add themed prop collections and multiple backdrop choices. For branded events we can design fully custom backdrops with your logo, colors, and messaging.

Can I customize the photos with my logo or names?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Custom overlays (your logo, event name, date, or hashtag) are included in our Signature packages and up. For corporate and brand activations, we can design fully custom templates including welcome screens, idle animations, and print layouts.

Do you offer digital sharing and instant prints?

Accepted Answer

Yes to both. Every package includes unlimited digital sharing (text, email, QR code, and AirDrop on compatible devices). Standard and Signature packages include unlimited prints on premium paper. 360 video packages share MP4 clips via text and email.

Is an attendant included?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a professional, bilingual attendant is included with every package at no extra charge. Our attendants handle setup, operate the booth, help guests with props, and solve any issues on the spot. For events over 200 guests we can add a second attendant.

What happens if something breaks during the event?

Accepted Answer

Our attendant troubleshoots on-site immediately and carries backup equipment. In the rare case of a hardware failure we can’t fix, we offer pro-rated refunds based on the time affected. Our gear is professionally maintained and rarely causes issues.

Are you insured?

Yes. Bright Booths carries general liability insurance and we can provide a Certificate of Insurance to any venue that requires one. Many hotels, country clubs, and school districts require this — just let us know during booking.

Can nonprofits get sponsored photo booths?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer nonprofit pricing for 501(c)(3) organizations and we also help match nonprofits with corporate sponsors who can cover the photo booth cost in exchange for branded photos at the event. Ask us about our sponsor matching program.

Do you do photo booths for quinceañeras?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — quinceañeras are a huge part of what we do. Our team speaks Spanish fluently, we understand the traditions, and our 360 booth is a major hit for the court dance. We can create custom overlays with the quinceañera’s name and design backdrops to match your color scheme.

What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable. You can reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. For full details see our Terms & Conditions page. We’re flexible when life happens — just talk to us.

How do I pay? What’s the deposit?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit card through Square and secure online payment links. A deposit secures your date, with the balance due before the event. Deposits range by package — we’ll lay out exact amounts in your quote.

Can you handle large events (500+ guests)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For events over 300 guests we typically recommend two attendants and potentially two booths to keep lines moving. We’ve handled galas, festivals, and corporate activations with thousands of attendees. Larger events get custom quoted.

Do you provide power and Wi-Fi, or do I need to?

Accepted Answer

We need a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet of the booth location. We bring our own Wi-Fi hotspot for digital sharing, so you don’t need to provide internet unless your venue has strict policies. We’ll confirm power needs during booking.
