Partnership with Bright Minds costs schools and childcare centers nothing. There are no sitting fees, no minimum orders, and no purchase obligation for families. Parents only pay for photos they choose — prints start at $15, print packages range from $30 to $90, and an all-digitals bundle is $75.

Are your photographers background-checked?

Yes. Every Bright Minds photographer undergoes a thorough background check before working with children. Safety is our top priority. Documentation is available upon request.

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and equipment insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request for your school's records.

How fast will we get the photos?

Online galleries are ready within 3-5 days of photo day. Parents order online, and prints are delivered within 1-2 weeks.

Do you offer bilingual services?

Yes. Every photographer is fully bilingual (English/Spanish). All communication — flyers, gallery notifications, and support — is available in both languages.

Do you offer retake days?

Yes. Every partner school and center gets one retake day included, scheduled 2-3 weeks after the original for absent children or retakes.
