Initial Meeting
We discuss your league's needs, review photo style options (traditional outdoor or composite cutout), and outline the partnership details.
Custom Design
Our design team creates custom templates with your league's colors, logo, and mascot. You approve the designs before photo day.
Schedule & Coordinate
We work with your league to set photo day dates and team time slots. You receive bilingual flyers and text templates to share with families.
Photo Day
Our team arrives with all equipment, sets up the studio on-site, and photographs every player with multiple poses. Bilingual staff on-site. Siblings welcome.
Galleries & Ordering
Within 3 days, every family receives a gallery link via text/email. Parents browse, pick favorites, and order online. Pre-orders and cash also accepted.
Delivery & Payment
Photos delivered within 1–2 weeks. Your league receives its fundraising share. Galleries stay open for reorders anytime.
Fundraising Model
Single Season: 10% of net proceeds returned to your league
Multi-Season (2+): 12% of net proceeds returned
Annual Partnership (3+ seasons): 15% of net proceeds returned
