1. Booking & Deposits

Silver/Mini sessions require a $50 non-refundable deposit. Gold packages require a $70 non-refundable deposit. Balance is due on or before the session date. No work will be started until full payment is received. Sessions are non-transferable.

2. Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will be marked as a no-show. No-shows forfeit their session and deposit. If you need to reschedule, please contact us before your scheduled time for a possible reschedule.

3. Payment

Payments are processed through Square or via secure payment links. All payments must clear before any work or images are released.

4. Delivery

Images will be withheld until full payment is received. Turnaround times vary by service type. Please verify your contact information at the time of booking to ensure timely delivery.

5. Prints & Digital

Prints are available at lab cost. Digital images include personal print rights and a Print Release Letter. Purchased images are delivered without watermarks. School and complimentary images may include watermarks and should not be altered.

6. Copyright

All work produced is the copyright of Bright Minds Photography / Bright Minds Studios. Purchased images come with a personal license for personal use. Bright Minds Photography may use images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to the session. When sharing on social media, please include the logo or tag (exceptions apply for portrait/event clients and paid purchases).

7. Children's Privacy

Only images approved by authorized faculty will be shared. No posting or tagging of minors without parental consent. Parents may request removal of their child's images at any time.

8. Rescheduling

48-hour notice is required for rescheduling. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred once to a new date.

9. Image Use

Bright Minds Photography may use images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client opts out in writing before the session.

10. Liability

Bright Minds Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, client tardiness, or technical issues. If Bright Minds Photography cancels a session, a full refund will be provided.

11. Agreement

By booking, paying for, or participating in a session with Bright Minds Photography, you agree to these terms and conditions.

12. SMS Terms

Program Name: Bright Minds Photography Messaging

Consent: By opting in to SMS on our website or providing your phone number with SMS consent, you agree to receive text messages from Bright Minds Photography. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any services.

Message Types: You may receive messages related to: appointment reminders, session confirmations, gallery delivery notifications, and booking follow-ups.

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 5 messages per booking. Ongoing message frequency varies based on your interactions.

Opt-Out: Text STOP to cancel and stop receiving messages. After unsubscribing, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Carrier: Messages are delivered by Sakari on behalf of Bright Minds Photography.

No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
