4. SMS / Text Messaging Policy

Program Name: Bright Minds Photography Messaging

What We Collect: When you opt in to receive text messages, we collect your phone number, opt-in consent status, and message history.

How We Use SMS: We may send you text messages related to appointment reminders, session confirmations, gallery delivery notifications, and booking follow-ups. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS unless you have separately opted in to marketing communications.

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 5 messages per booking. Ongoing message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may also contact us directly to opt out.
